The YUNGA sideboard draws inspiration from the lianas and vines that hang in the depths of the mountain jungle. Its front is composed of threads crafted by hand using the embarrilado technique, a patient process that results in a unique finish. Made from organic cotton and reclaimed fibers from the textile industry, these threads fall with the same fluidity as the vegetation of the Yungas, bringing movement and texture to the piece. YUNGA is a piece of furniture where textile matter and carpentry converge to create a singular object.
